RESTRICTED GOODS & SURCHARGES
As they all contain alcohol, they are classified as "dangerous goods" under international transportation regulations: Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Aftershave, Mouthwash, and Room Fragrance (all sizes)
We use the most suitable courier and service available to the destination due to the special handling requirements for the shipment of hazardous goods; however, some destinations may incur an additional courier surcharge. Certain countries are currently prohibited from receiving packages, including Australia, New Zealand, and China. (Note: this is not an exhaustive list.)
CANADA
Air service is used to deliver to Canada. All orders for shipping to Canada that contain items with an alcohol content are subject to a £20 hazardous goods surcharge.
REST OF THE WORLD
Air service is used to deliver to the rest of the world. All international orders containing alcohol-containing items are subject to a £35 dangerous goods surcharge (please note: this does not apply to orders where the only dangerous goods included in the delivery are samples).
If you need International Delivery, be mindful of the numerous customs regulations that apply to different countries around the world; for example, Japanese Customs limits all toiletry product deliveries to a maximum of 24 items per shipment.
